DiverseFX aims to provide clear and fair terms for all users. Because this is a digital training product granting access to online content, refund considerations differ from physical goods.

1. Digital Product Access

DiverseFX provides access to digital training content, including lessons, quizzes, exams, progress tracking and certification features. Once access has been granted, the digital service is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptional access-related issues that cannot reasonably be resolved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted simply because:

  • A user changes their mind
  • A course is not completed
  • The platform is not used after purchase
  • A different personal outcome was expected

4. Access Already Granted

Because course access is digital and delivered upon payment confirmation, refund availability may be limited once account activation and access have been provided.
